Our day was truly everything we had ever dreamt of. The venue is breath taking but the owners make it magical! Carla and Haylee are the most genuine, hard working, loving people I have had the pleasure to know. They take a vision and make it so much better. Furthermore, they were able to run and coordinate my wedding like a well oiled machine. My husband is one of 9 children, and we have plenty of extended family. We ran ahead of schedule the entire day. All thanks to these two ladies. I could not recommend this venue, Carla and Haylee as coordinators, and this experience enough!

Stunning views, gorgeous flowers, and detail oriented wedding coordinator are just a few of the many outstanding and wonderful things I can say about Meadow on the Mountain. Our daughter Selby was married on 8-10-20 at Meadow on the Mountain. We were and still are, extremely impressed with Haylee McAnulty, partial owner, florist and wedding coordinator for the venue. Haylee can do it all flawlessly, professionally, and gracefully. From day one she saw our vision and by the time the wedding took place could read our minds! Haylee and her mother Carla also own Spence’s Florals in Atkins and having an in house florist made our lives much simpler. Together they created the most stunning arrangements. Many, many heartfelt thanks to Carla and Haylee for making Selby’s dream wedding become a reality. Her friends are still talking about it and I have had a permanent smile on my face for the last two weeks due to being so happy and pleased with how everything turned out.
