The view

Just about any direction you face at Meadow on the Mountain has a stunning view. The front side of the venue is a stunning open grass field with a view of distant mountains, and the back side is the overlook view - we love them both so much!

Ceremony Space

The ceremony space features a newly constructed arbor, a long sidewalk for the ceremony that leads straight to the venue, and of course, the view.

Reception Space

A space that truly is a blank slate. A more rustic wedding, something more modern, and everything in between works.

Bridal Suite

We created a bridal suite that is very spacious and has a ton of natural light for beautiful photos. It’s one of the most important part of the wedding day, and we are so proud of ours!

FAQs

  • For 1 day rentals, you get access from 9am -11pm. For two day rentals, you have access for 5 hours the day before and 9am-11pm the day of the event.

  • For non-all inclusive weddings, a deposit of 33% is required to secure your date.

    For all inclusive weddings, a deposit of $3,250 is required to secure your date.

  • Peak dates from April-June and Sept-Nov book a year out. This is especially true for Saturdays. Fridays and Sundays book 6 months to 1 year out in this time range.

    Off season dates are cheaper and will book generally 6 months to 1 year out.

    We do not hold dates ever without a deposit.

  • You must hire a bartender that is both licensed and insured. We do have an in hour bartender that can be added on to packages. No cash bars are allowed.

    You may serve 2 beers/2wines/and 2 pre mixed cocktails.

    No outside alcohol is permitted. All alcohol during service must be served from the bar.

  • We have black, white, and ivory tablecloths for rent at $15 per tablecloth. These are paid for the day of the wedding with check or cash.

    We do not maintain any other decorations on site for use.
