+ What is the maximum capacity?

The venue can accommodate up to 300 guests


+ Do you allow outside caterers?

Yes, we do. However, we do have an onsite caterer if you want to add that on just contact us before contract is signed and we can give you more information. 


+ Can I bring my own drinks?

Yes. Unfortunately, due to liability reasons, we do not allow hard liquor to be brought into the venue or on property at any time. A licensed and insured bartender is required for your event. Paperwork will be requested before time of event. 


+ Are you pet-friendly?

Yes, we are! Feel free to include your furry friend in your celebration!


+ When is the final balance due?

Your final balance will be due 30 days prior to your event.


+ What is required to reserve the wedding date?

To reserve your date, you must pay a non-refundable deposit of $1500. 


+ Do you have onsite parking?

Yes, there is ample parking on the property. 


+ How much is additional time?

If you want to add additional hours to your venue rental, those can be added to your invoice at a rate of $500 per hour. 


+ Do you have overnight accommodation?

As of now we do not. We however do have the plans to have cottages built Spring 2024! And they can be added to any package. 


+ Is there a clean-up fee?

Yes, there are additional fees for set up, break down, or clean up of your event.

The venue staff will tear down your tables, chairs and tablecloths at the end of the event. Renter is responsible for any trash, food and/or decor clean up following the event.
